‘Growing grounds’ is made in collaboration with Artifort, to complement their presentation at the Salone del Mobile 2024 in Milan. It is part of a collection of five pieces. Inspired by the majestic cedar trees in the rainforests on the Westcoast of Canada, where I discovered I should be making art.

Growing grounds is is made of high end residual upholstery fabric from the furniture industry, in this case from Artifort. Fabric from brands like Kvadrat and De Ploeg are used for this piece.
Size: 100 x 100 cm, Framed in a natural wooden frame.
